Trails of Frisco
Frisco Texas

Designer's Notebook ...

The Trails of Frisco is one of the newest and most unique golf courses in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex area.  Play on the Jeffrey D. Brauer-designed layout is scheduled to begin in the Fall of 2000.

Trails of Frisco promises to provide many memorable moments for the golfer who tees it up on the 6,800 yard, Par 71 tract.  Each hole has been sculpted out of the existing landscape to bring forth a beautiful, exciting, and rewarding experience to each player.  Among the design features facing the golfer are a challenge fairway on the Par 5, 7th hole, a two-tiered green on the par 5, 18th hole, and many sand and grass bunkers.  The golfer will no doubt be captivated by the dramatic bunkering at Trails of Frisco as an assortment of flanking bunkers frame nearly every golf shot.  Additionally, some of the more intriguing elements of the layout that must be considered are the created wetland areas.  These areas have been designed to the utmost detail so as to bring superior quality to the macro-environments at work as well as provide outstanding aesthetics throughout the golf course.  Having arrived at the putting surface, the golfer will enjoy rolling the ball on the large undulating "Champions" bermuda grass greens.

Situated just minutes away from Dallas, Trails of Frisco Golf Club occupies a prime location as the Metroplex grows further North.  Trails of Frisco will soon become one of the areas most popular golf courses.
